Emma initially trained with Sivananda in classic Hatha style yoga, building a knowledgeable foundation for her yoga career. Then she was attracted to the Dynamic Vinyasa style created by Shiva Rea as Emma loves the way participants get fit and toned from continued practise. Emma’s classes incorporate spirituality and breath awareness. “Conscious breathing is a central part of yoga practice and enhances ones practice tenfold which is why I encourage my students to focus on their breath throughout my classes.”
