Inspired from his first lesson, Craig was immediately drawn to Yoga. He was encouraged by his teacher to develop his practise further. Drawn to the specific way in which Yoga benefits the body, breathing and consequently the mind, he has been influenced on the therapy of Yoga through practise of the Asanas (poses) and Pranayama (breath control). Craig enjoys the learning and connection that is developed and shared with his students.
Craig has studied and taught at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of South London (IYISL), and has also studied at The Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India. Craig currently teaches at various organisations in London.

Sarah Scharf is a massage practitioner and a yoga instructor whose work is rooted in her study of movement. She began professional massage training 10 years ago in
Sarah’s approach to holistic massage is grounded in Esalen-style, with particular focus to integrating the whole body and deep listening through touch. Her yoga is influenced by her exposure to such luminary teachers as Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Tias Little, Mark Whitwell and Judith Lasiter.
Currently Sarah is pursuing a Master’s degree in Physical Theatre at the London International School of Performing Arts. She is continuously intrigued by the intersections of the healing and performing arts.
